My girl has gone and left me now she's with some other guy
I just can't understand it I know that I won't cry
I hope that he will give her the things that I could not
for she cleaned me out completely and she sailed off in my yacht
now I am all alone here I am poor but I'm free
and hoping that the next girl will be loaded and help me
I think that it is my turn to be running into luck
I hate not to have money and feeling that I am stuck
if I could meet a rich girl to put me on my feet
I would love her and life would be sweet

Life can be so lovely when there's two that really care
and best of all with money and love that we can share
I know it can be perfect when boy and girl they meet
and will live a life of plenty and can walk the golden beat
that is a way of living and that suits me just fine
if she will think like I do the whole world is hers and mine
and happy and together and in love just her and me
I would be so good to her and happy we would be
so that my girl just left me it suited me just fine
and from now on I'll have a good time
