To wake up in the morning here with you
there's nothing in the world I'd rather do
you lie here oh so comfy in my arm
and here you will not come to any harm
I feel so full of love here with you
and I know that you feel just the same as I do
I don't know what is better than this time
when up to untold happiness we climb
I wish that we can do this every day
and that you always in my arms will stay

I know I'm lucky to be here with you
and know that you have feelings as I do
I feel that we are on another star
and that the door to heaven stands ajar
there's just a little step to go there
but we are happy here and our love we will share
I love to spend these mornings here with you
