up and stand then on your toes

right foot up and right foot down

up again now on your toes

turn around then to you right

back again then to your left

shake your head with all your might

stamp your right foot then your left

bend your knees now down and up

turn you head from left to right

turn left like a spinning top

turn again then to your right

left foot up and left foot down

up and stand then on your toes

right foot up and right foot down

that's the way the dancing goes
